In October 2011 Coussens were given the contract to supply all transport and craneage to erect a 50m high ferris wheel, the Brighton Big Wheel, at Madeira Drive, Brighton. Our Terex AC120-1 was the crane used for contract lifting for the majority of the erection process. The Big Wheel stands as a spectacular landmark on the Brighton skyline and we hope that it will benefit the local community during its time in Brighton.
