December 2011 saw the arrival of the Room for London at the Southbank in London. Coussens have been able to provide haulage, machinery moving and contract lifting services throughout its construction up to its final positioning on top of the Queen Elizabeth Hall.
After being carried from West Sussex by lorries from Coussens’ haulage division, this spectacular piece of architecture was lifted into position overlooking the Thames as part of a carefully planned contract.
